Closing Up Checklist

Check door to outside is bolted

Check lights are off in cellar and cellar door is shut

Turn off gas bottles

Ensure inside door to club is closed

Pull sliding gate shut and padlock

Check ladies toilets

Turn off toilet area lights

Close and bolt door, chock if necessary

Turn off stairs lights - (switch at bottom of stairs next to fire alarm)

Ensure window is closed and locked

Check any switches are off - (If food warmers have been used)

Turn off lights

Close door and lock with key - (Leave key in the door)

Wash drip trays

Collect glasses, wash and put away

Turn off and empty dishwasher, leave dishwasher door open once emptied

Cash up and place money in safe and return till to safe room

Write the days take in book

Switch off fruit machine & Jukebox

Shut fruit machine cage and padlock

Bolt skittle alley fire exit doors

Check Men's toilets

Switch off Bar, Main room and Pool table lights - (switches behind bar) 

If Skittles has been on

Return wooded guards to the ball chute

Roll out mat if necessary 

Collect damp clothes and return behind the bar 

Switch off Fruit machine area lights, Men's toilet lights, Skittle alley lights and Dartboard lights - (Switches next to Dartboard)

Close door to main room and chock door 

Activate alarm

Turn off hall way and lobby lights

Bolt lobby doors

Exit, locking the 2 front door locks and hold alarm button
