The clubs trading was slightly up on the same period last year for August & September. 

Membership renewals for 2026/27 currently stand at 257 + the Poker Memberships which a list of will be provided in December by Ian who runs the poker night. 

With the current success of the Quiz Night it was discussed about trying another event night in the club. We will attempt to launch a Bingo night beggining in January 2027. 

Also discussed was the possibility of trying a Karoke evening which will be looked into.

A water filter to preseve the life of the ice machine will be looked into, the committee would like to thank N. Purdy who managed to get our current ice machine working again after a breakdown.

Christmas opening was discussed, it was decided that as the club has traditionally opened for a few hours on Christmas Day and we will attemp to open again this year.
